The Bard’s Tale IV: Barrows Deep soundtrack has earned universal acclaim. It featured original tunes and Scotland’s Gaelic folk singers led by Ged Grimes of Simple Minds. Music is one of the game’s core pillars, and the following video explores how inXile’s decision to ground the series in a Scottish-inspired setting opened up an unprecedented opportunity to build a world as alive musically as it is visually. Musicians featured in game share their excitement about being able to bring this part of Scottish culture to so many people.
“The Bard’s Tale 4 soundtrack is stunningly beautiful and deserving of a live concert. I am looking forward to attending this special event. I hope to see some of the Bard’s Tale fans while I am there.” says Brian Fargo
