Playdius Reveals Three Premium Mobile Titles for Late 2018

Playdius announced three premium (buy-to-play) mobile games coming later this year, during Gamescom 2018. This is following up on the success of their critical successes in Bury Me, My Love (award-winning story of a Syrian refugee through text messages) and A Normal Lost Phone (explores the intimacy of a stranger whose phone is found by the player). These three new titles were shown off at their Gamescom 2018 booth (Hall 4.1, Booth B029).

Chroniric XIX is a real-time narrative title involving time-travel and uchronia (Hypothetical/fictional time periods). The player intercepts a message from the past, which is a far different past from ours. At this time, a XIXth uchronic century, Echo XIX^ is a time patroller who works behind the scenes of History. Send and receive messages through time in a real-time conversation with Echo XIX^. From now, both the fate of the world and Echo XIX^ are in your hands. There are three different ways to play (Dodge, Protector, Daredevil), three endings, lots of time loops, puzzles and more.

Spitkiss is a love story told with precision platforming, using a swipe-to-jump mechanic optimized for modern touchscreens and touchpads. You play as the Spitkissers, sending messages of love and hope back and forth the only way you can: precisely navigating spit through platforming stages. Precision and reflexes will be needed as spit trickles, bounces, and drips through levels.Spitkiss has 80 levels with a love story told with comics and emojis, and more.

STAY is a nail-biting tale where every second counts, and was already released on PC and Playstation 4. In STAY, a stranger’s fate rests in your hands and every single second counts. Award-winning graphic adventure STAY asks those very questions: When Quinn wakes up alone in a locked room with nothing of note save for a computer hooked up to a chat room, you become his single ray of hope. Your choices – and timeliness – will single-handedly shape his escape efforts… or lead him down the path to an untimely end.
