Subnautica Officially Surfaces on PC

Unknown Worlds Entertainment (responsible for Natural Selection 1 and 2) announced that Subnautica has arrived on both the Arc Platform and Steam. The underwater, open-world adventure game tasks players with exploring a vast alien ocean, while surviving against the mysterious creatures who lurk beneath the glassy surface.  Over 1.5 million players have explored since the first prototype launched in 2014, and the game is now out of Early Access, and officially available for 24.99 on both platforms. Scavenge, craft, survive, and explore a vast undersea world, and unravel the manifold mysterious that lie within the depths.

“Since the game’s beta release in 2014, Subnautica has received waves of positive and constructive feedback from our dedicated players,” said Charlie Cleveland, Co-Founder and Game Director at Unknown Worlds Entertainment. “The team is grateful to the community for the overwhelming support. We are proud to deliver an experience that gamers of all ages will dive into and immediately feel the thrill of exploration and survival in an expansive undersea world.”
