WEBZEN has announced the first half part of 6^th continent, RAEBIN for the dungeon-based MMORPG, CONTINENT OF THE NINTH SEAL (C9).

This new update marks the first half part of 6^th continent, RAEBIN which will include the upcoming announcement of 5 new dungeons; Hidden Valley of Wind, Fragment of Kodes, Dying Forest of Eternity, Syutereunen Logging Camp, and Abyssal Underways.

Along with this upcoming update, new skill book system and unique/normal in-game items for each class: Fighter, Hunter, Shaman, Witchblade, and Mystic will be available in May 2014.

WEBZEN will also raise the game’s level cap to 67 and implement a new adventure for C9 which unlocks at level 67.

WEBZEN invites to ‘Lucky No7’ 777 EVENT that rewards C9 players with various prizes until May 12, 2014 (Global Server Time). Players can acquire event tokens numbered between 1 to 7 from the monster named “Lucky No7” in expert/master difficulty dungeons from 3rd continent and above. Player is able to get rewards by bringing the 7 tokens of same that they gathered to Event Manager Raleigh.

Meanwhile, C9 team opened online registration for C9 Guild Tournament for unique guild buff item prize on the same day. Any guilds which made of 4 guild members can be formed to represent their guild to fight in this tournament from now through May 5, 2014 (Global Server Time). Bohemia Interactive, creators of the critically acclaimed Arma™ series and DayZ™, have opened applications for the €500,000 Make Arma Not War content creation contest for Arma 3.

The Make Arma Not War contest, which was announced in December, welcomes Arma 3 content creators to compete in four different categories: Total Modification, Singleplayer Game Mode, Multiplayer Game Mode, and Addon. The winner of the Total Modification category will take home €200,000, while in the other categories the prize money is divided between 1st place (€50,000), 2nd place (€30,000), and 3rd place (€20,000) winners. In collaboration with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Bohemia Interactive is also handing out the Health Care in Danger Special Award.

Although the winners in each category will be chosen by a jury, consisting of Bohemia Interactive representatives and other industry professionals, Arma 3 players will be able to ‘vote’ in the Singleplayer category. These votes will determine the 20 finalists in the Singleplayer category.

On top of voting, people can also ‘support’ their favorite entry, which is similar to the thumbs-up functionality on other websites. Those who support an entry, receive a Make Arma Not war forums badge and a 30% discount voucher for Arma 3 on Store.bistudio.com – while contestants whose entry reaches a certain number of supporters can earn Contest Milestone Rewards. These rewards range from exclusive forum badges to increased visibility on www.makearma.com and the Arma 3 social channels – with more rewards being added later.

Today, MAIET Entertainment has announced that they’ve pulled GunZ 2 out of Steam’s Early Access program and has officially launched the game. Along with today’s launch, many new additions to the game has been made, including a new character called “Wayne the Strider”, new weapons, a new PvP map and new events, such as:

• Earning premium items is easier now – Supply crates now give guaranteed purified ores and crystals for winning matches
• Login event – Earn free stuff just for logging in.
• Several balance changes made
• Netcode changed – Now has lag compensation
• A couple of new PvP maps added for Gladiator, TDM and Elimination
• Accessories now have permanently reduced prices and can also be purchased with gold.
• *Custom / Practice mode now available – You can set up public / private matches now.
