Call of Duty: Black Ops III is a 3D first-person shooter being developed by Treyarch that takes place 40 years after the occurrences in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. In Call of Duty: Black Ops III you will be able to customize your own female or male character and fight alongside your Black Ops comrades in a dystopian future where newly discovered robotics are playing a major role in warfare. Campaign will feature more open environments that will be explorable and attempt to do away with the linear completion of levels like those in previous Call of Duty installments. In Multiplayer you will be able to use your robotics suit to execute impressive maneuvers to kill your enemies in a variety of different match types. With many newfound technologies at your fingertips and skilled combat maneuvers to execute you will be on your way to becoming the ultimate soldier!

4-player Cooperative: 4-player Cooperative gameplay is making a return in this installment of Call of Duty, enabling 4 online players to tackle campaign levels with each other.

New Multiplayer Setup: Players will have to choose a specialist to play as before entering the match queue and they cannot be change their specialist throughout the entirety of the match. Each specialist will come with unique innate abilities that will give them advantages in different battlefield situations.

New Movement Mechanics: Power sliding to clear out enemies around corners, simultaneously shooting while running along walls and many more movement mechanics await players hungry for intense combat.

Character Customization: Players can completely customize a female or male character to play through the campaign with.
