Nosgoth: New Crucible Map Available in V4.0

Nosgoth

The Crucible map is available now to play in Nosgoth. Defined by forges and workshops, gladiatorial training grounds and arenas, slave pens and birthing catacombs, welcome to The Crucible, the heart of the Turelim’s war machine.

This proud clan built their cities under the harsh landscape of Tartarus where survival would hone their strength. Harnessing the elemental power of the earth itself, the Turelim were originally tasked by Kain himself with defeating the one true obstacle to the Vampire’s domination of Nosgoth – the sun itself. Using a combination of engineering, alchemy, and geomancy, the Turelim shaped gargantuan volcanic furnaces that belched forth smoke thick enough to block out the sun’s deadly rays.

Also coming to Nosgoth in update #4.0, the Daniel Cabuco inspired Deceiver Evolved Skin (unlocked at level 25), a two-week in game event Inferno, plus a host of new improvements, not least the revamped HUD.

Square Enix is also announcing THE DEFINITIVE PACK for Nosgoth. For $39.99 players can unlock all existing abilities and future classes, common weapons and abilities.

Elsword: Masters of Darkness Final Chapter Announced

Elsword

KOG Games, a leading developer and publisher of popular free-to-play action MMORPGs, today announces the final chapter of Elsword’s Masters of Darkness series and wicked 2v2 Spring PvP Tournament with over $4,400 in cash and in-game prizes!

Mad as a Hatter, 2 ships short of a shipwreck, not firing on all 6 cylinders, turbo cray-cray and not a marble left to lose… The Psycho-Drama for Elsword’s twisted hero comes to a close.

In our last episode: Add, as the temporal Time Tracer, used his mastery of the remarkable Nasod technology to exert control over space and time to travel back to his tragic origins; on a mission to undo all wrongs that had beset him and his family during the great war. Upon securing the necessary resources, he used the infinite, untapped power of his battle weapon, the Nasod Dynamo, to tear a hole into the very fabric of time. Upon entering the breach, Add was taken aback, his family was all there… unscathed, complete… happy.

He must have done something wrong. Rescinding the void, the Time Tracer made another attempt to find his timeline, his dimension. Time, after time after time, and time again… Hoping beyond all hope that the algorithms and quantum calculations used were unseemly and misguided; hoping that he’d made some horrible mistake. He didn’t. The murder of his family, the years of slavery, a thousand years of solitary confinement, the twisted maddening that plagued his every waking second, these were all his and his alone. His life was a living hell. All else in this world was… happy, placid, and serene. This startling revelation sent Add into a cacophonous fit of maniacal laughter. In this moment, Add knew that there was nothing else for him to live for. Nothing more than to bring his own living hell down upon all of those who caused him and his family any harm. No remorse, no prisoners, With Add’s newfound power, and slightly unhinged “enlightenment”, Add becomes the Diabiolic Esper.

At level 35, Add has mastered the Time Tracer Job Path, and players are given the option to achieve Add’s final form, the absolutely insane Diabolic Esper.

And if that wasn’t crazy enough, check out Elsword’s 2v2 Spring Tournament!

To kick off the spring season, Elsword is hosting a 2v2 PvP tournament of epic proportions. With over $4,400 in cash and in-game prizes, 32, two-player teams will have a shot at winning the biggest pot to date. If you or your team doesn’t make the cut, fret not, all of the final matches will be livestreamed!

MU Online: Grow Lancer Revealed for New Expansion

MU online

WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of free-to-play games, has announced Season X Part 1 & 2, the next expansion for full-3D MMORPG MU ONLINE.

A new class, the Grow Lancer, a brand new Asgard server, an increased level cap of 770, and many more features will be released in this new expansion, coming Tuesday, April 7th, 2015 (UTC).

Season X Part 1 & 2 will bring out a new class, the Grow Lancer, who is the third female classed introduced, the other two being Elf and Summoner. Grow Lancer is a melee class that uses a lance as her main weapon. Depending on the stats, Grow Lancers can have strong physical damage or elemental damage, making them diversely proficient in both hunting and PvP.

Season X Part 1 & 2 will take players to the 5th region of the Acheron continent, Nars, where players will be able to obtain a new type of Muun mount (Repen / Pawn / Grippus) and pentagrams dropped by the mighty boss, the Core Magriffy. In addition, Tormented Square (Battle) will be added. This map is a different version of Tormented Square (Survival of the fittest). Players can earn higher EXP and rare items from the Chaos Goblins that randomly appears in this area.

Newly added map, “event map square” is where you can find every NPC from existing event maps, such as Chaos Castle, Blood Castle, Devil Square, Illusion Temple, Doppelganger, and Fortress of Empire Guardians. This “event map square” will make it easier for players to register for most event maps. Moreover, players will be able to get the new Mastery Box, which contains a new currency “Ruud”, and various items from the event maps.

Once players collect Ruud from the Mastery Box obtained in event maps of the MU continent, they will be able to spend their Ruud at Priest James (Ruud Shop NPC) on items – even some brand new items released with Season X Part 1 &2. Ruud is stored in the inventory just like the other currency, Zen, but Ruud cannot be used in general stores and can only be used in the Ruud shop.
