Escape from Tarkov Patch 0.10.5 Offers New Big Features

Escape from Tarkov 0.10.5 Update

A new update is here for Escape from Tarkov, 0.10.5, which offers some new and exciting features for the game. It also adds improvements and fixes, alongside the new features. This update also brought the complete wipe of game profiles, while preserving weapon mastering. A new map is coming soon as well, TerraGroups Labs. The encyclopedia-handbook for items already examined by the character now appears in game, and features animated food and meds consumption. This is not the final animation design, as those will be refined, and new ones will be added. Season Global Ranking is also available on the game’s website, and AI behavior was significantly improved. They became more effective and predictable opponents to deal with.

This version of the game has added a Flea Market, designed to create a new economic system in the game. Flea Market is a list of items that can be sold by players, every player can try a role of a merchant now. All items are divided into categories, players can use an advanced search engine, a wish list and other convenient filters and features for easy use with the new system. Every player can lay out any items for sale, exchange them for the items he needs, buy items from other players.

As they continue to expand this concept of a real shooter, blunt damage now depends on an armor class, and bullet penetration ratio. Ergonomics are now calculated in a different way as well: mods values are added to the characteristics of the weapon that they are placed on, the skills and armor penalties are still added as a percentage. Furthermore, the final weight of the weapon influences the characteristics of the ergonomics. Aiming speed, weapon sway, alignment of the line of sight, the loudness of equipment noise when aiming depends on the characteristic of ergonomics.

Finally, with new quests and quest mechanics, there were added MP7A1 SMG and new mods for Mosin rifle, as well as an ability to place players’ tags in a container in the stash.

Pagan Online is a new hack ‘n’ slash Action-RPG from the minds at Wargaming and Mad Head Games, set in a pre-Christian world. A land of savage enemies and ancient vengeful gods, players battle through a demonic dystopia that is equal parts brutal, manic and mystic. Pagan Online is a new take on hack-and-slash aRPGs, featuring challenging and fast-paced combat, powerful combatants, endless gear, and tons of gory glory. Following in the footsteps of classic dungeon crawlers while tearing down and reinventing gameplay into a MOBA-style combat experience. Missions will be replayable, with tons of carnage and tactical combat with varying difficulties and game modes, with additional episodic content coming later, called “Battle Chapters”. Players can demolish thousands of monsters to acquire powerful gear or compete with their friends, Pagan Online will offer a sadistic spectrum of challenges to overcome.

“Mad Head Games are passionate, talented, and have a ‘go broke’ mentality to do whatever it takes to make their game as awesome as it can be,” said Jacob Beucler, Product Director, Wargaming. “We’ve taken Mad Head under our wing because this mentality reminds us of the early days at Wargaming when we put everything we had on the line to launch World of Tanks. Pagan Online is one of Wargaming’s most exciting opportunities yet — we’re helping bring these devs’ passion and skill to PC gamers everywhere.”

“With Pagan Online we’ve modernized how combat in a top-down action RPG works, taking cues from MOBAs to create something that’s fast-paced, overwhelming with enemies, and super challenging,” said Uros Banjesevic, Co-founder and Creative Director of Mad Head Games. “It’s a thrill to finally be able to share this game, the product of our blood, sweat, and tears, with the world!”

Book of Demons Leaves Early Access in December

Thing Trunk’s Book of Demons is a deck-building papercraft Hack ‘n’ Slash that’s leaving Early Access this December. December 13th is the big day, and the launch will bring several improvements based on community feedback, new cards, and even a grand finale surprise for those who defeated the dangerous Archdemon. In Book of Demons, the player decides the length of quests. The player wields magic cards instead of weapons, and does battle with the armies of darkness beneath the Old Cathedral. The Paperverse is in dire need of a hero, and that’s right up your alley. Book of Demons is the first installment of Return 2 Games, a series of original mid-core titles, that were inspired by the early days of PC gaming, on the way from Thing Trunk.

Thing Trunk is proudly a Polish game developer and Book of Demons is taking part in the Polish Sale on Steam running November 6 through November 9. This is the largest sale for Book of Demons to date with 50% off the retail price. It is also the last sale before Book of Demons leaves Early Access, so act fast before it bumps its regular price to $24.99.

“Early access has been very successful for Book of Demons. It’s allowed players to give us constant feedback on the game and allowed us to balance and add features according to their feedback. We’re almost sad that early access is ending, but it means that it is almost time to launch the full game and that is what we’re most excited about now.” – Filip Starzynski, Thing Trunk co-founder.

Book of Demons Features:

  • Procedurally Generated Dungeons
  • 40 magic cards including magical and legendary variants per character class
