11-11: Memories Retold Has Launched Today

11-11: Memories Retold has been released today on the Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam. The main character, Harry (voiced by award-winning Elijah Wood), a young Canadian photographer who joined the European Front Line in search of adventure, and Kurt (voiced by Emmy Award-nominated Sebastian Koch). Kurt is a German engineer who has learned his son has gone missing during the war. Though they pursue different paths, their fates are ultimately intertwined as the war approaches the end of The Great War (November 11th, 1918).

“This is a very special game for a very special moment. Players will face choices, some with small consequences and some with big. This is a game about life during war, both on the battlefield and beyond.” said Yoan Fanise, Creative Director of 11-11: MEMORIES RETOLD, DigixArt.

“First, I’d like to say Thank You to our Veterans. The release of 11-11: MEMORIES RETOLD coincides with the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I, and we set out to deliver an emotionally resonant story about the harsh realities of war, anchored by a grimly beautiful artistic style as impactful as the narrative itself.” said Eric Hartness, Vice President of Marketing at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. “Through our partnership with Aardman Studios, DigixArt, and War Child, we’re confident that we’ve created a game that will accomplish that and more, touching the hearts and minds of players like no title has before.”

Rage in Peace Launched on Steam and Switch

Rage in Peace Release Trailer

Toge Productions released their story-driven comic platformer yesterday, titled Rage in Peace. It follows the story of Timmy Malinu, who simply wants to die in the most peaceful way possible: asleep in his pajamas, in the comfort of his own home. However, the Grim Reaper appears to inform him he’ll die that day via decapitation. Timmy’s only concern is that he goes quick and painlessly, but the universe isn’t out to let that happen. The goal is to get Timmy home safely, so he can die as he wants to.

Loosely inspired by Paulo Coelho de Souza stories, Rage in Peace wants to give meaning to death in a “rage game” where players meet their maker every few seconds. Despite its preoccupation with shedding one’s mortal coil, Rage in Peace is an upbeat, comical game with warm humor and bright colors brought to life by more than 11 independent Indonesian bands, as both Toge and Rolling Glory Jam are dedicated in showcasing the best of Indonesian entertainment culture.

“Our four-year development journey has reached its climax and we are so excited to finally release Rage in Peace worldwide,” said Rolling Glory Jam Director Dominikus D Putranto. “The game combines fun and intuitive platforming mechanics with deep, comical narrative experience with the purpose of creating discussions surrounding the meaning of work, life and death and to remind gamers of their own mortality in a non-scary way.”

Dreadnought Launches on Steam

Six Foot’s and Grey Box recently released Dreadnought into full access on Steam, and it’s time to pilot capital ships. Massive, heavily armed capital ships are the focus of the title and control exactly how that sounds. Instead of it feeling slow and awkward, it adds a sense of urgency, where the player needs to think ahead in order to outpilot their enemies. No matter what type of massive ship a player has an interest in, there’s something here: from gargantuan nuclear-armed behemoths to smaller but still heavy support cruisers. This free-to-play starship shooter stands out, feeling like a first or third person shooter in space, where the player can customize their ship, from the weapons down to the cosmetics that make it up.

Since its October launch on Steam, Dreadnought has worked on improving the game to have additional enhancements and quality of life improvements for Steam players. Six Foot has also been working to balance combat and classes, so it’s a great time to get in and experience Dreadnought! Find it on Steam here.
