Deathgarden: BLOODHARVEST Rebuilt from Ground Up, Now Available

Behaviour Interactive (Dead by Daylight) announced the relaunch of their multiplayer survival action title, Deathgarden today. It is retitled to reflect the one year of behind-the-scenes work, as Deathgarden: BLOODHARVEST. A dark, twisted future awaits, and only those who are worthy can enter the Enclave – an opulent, safe haven. The rest are damned to death in the slums. The Bloodharvest is the gateway between these two worlds and is a trial of violence that takes place in arenas known as Deathgardens.

Hunters enter the Bloodharvest willingly, yearning to ruthlessly kill scavengers to rise through the social ranks of the Enclave’s society. For scavengers, entering the Deathgarden is their only chance to escape a life of disease and despair by proving themselves worthy. There are some massive changes to the game, which are listed below:

Focus on Power-up Progression

  • Five brand-new scavengers and three new hunter characters, each with their own unique loadouts, progression, and background story
  • All playstyles are viable as every in-game action now rewards XP and resources
  • Progression designed to encourage and reward trying out different playstyles

Frantic Brutal Gameplay

  • Track and gun down scavengers in first-person as a ruthless hunter. Scavenge for blood and escape in third-person with fast-paced parkour and stealth abilities as a scavenger
  • Five scavengers vying to survive while stalked by an unstoppable hunter
  • A procedural map system, featuring four new Deathgardens that challenges players to adapt to an ever-changing environment

Behaviour Interactive is celebrating this new launch into Early Access with a limited time two-for-one sale. Deathgarden: BLOODHARVEST is 9.99 USD for one week, then it will resume its price of 14.99 USD. There is also a Steam Free Weekend starting today.

New players and early adopters alike can also look forward to the Terminator T-800 Endoskeleton cosmetic set for the hunter. Weather Factory Announces Cultist Simulator DLC and a New Game!

It all began with a simple tweet, but now it’s official: Weather Factory has a new game coming, an elegant, melancholy combat-free RPG set in an occult library named Book of Hours. What could possibly go wrong in that setting? The Kickstarter will launch later this year, but you can wishlist it on Steam starting today.

There’s also new DLC for Cultist Simulator today, The Priest DLC and The Ghoul DLC (both are 2.99 a piece). In The Priest DLC, you follow the path of Knock and serve your Disciples, both master and mastered. “What is mortification of the flesh, set against those glorious visions of St Agnes? What the pain of this fleeting world against immortality as Martyr of the Keys?” It includes a new Legacy and two new Ascensions. But there is also The Ghoul, “A disgraced medium. A gallery without windows. A gnawing hunger which cannot be denied. Dig in cemeteries, desecrate tombs: consume the dead to unearth their secrets or commemorate them.”

Kerbal Space Program: Breaking Ground Expansion Releases

Kerbal Space Program Breaking Ground

The second expansion for Kerbal Space Program has arrived today on PC, and with it comes new robotic parts in a variety of sizes. These will encourage the invention of creative vehicles, with more functionality than ever before. Deployed science is another major addition of this expansion, which enhances the experiments and data-collection objectives that have gone hand-in-hand with space exploration. Players will be able to utilize a storage container in their craft that can hold various pieces of science equipment. Upon reaching their destination, players can deploy equipment to monitor and collect data through assorted methods and relay it back to Kerbin, the Kerbals’ home planet. One scientific instrument, the active seismometer, even tasks players to deliberately crash contraptions into a celestial body to gather seismic data!

“We are always listening closely to the ever-expanding Kerbal Space Program Community, and Breaking Ground addresses a long-requested aspect of the game that we have been working hard to fulfill: compelling reasons to explore and research planets,” said Nestor Gomez, Lead Producer at Squad. “Players now have even more reasons to explore the celestial bodies of the solar system.”

“The creativity of the KSP community is something that never ceases to amaze us,” said Michael Cook, Executive Producer at Private Division. “Kerbal Space Program: Breaking Ground Expansion is packed with content that we believe will add countless hours of fresh gameplay, as well as generate some incredible new craft designs from players. We can’t wait to see what they come up with.”

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Announces October 2019 Release Date

Modern Warfare is back in a big way, with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare launches on October 25th, 2019. It’s a powerful reimagining from the ground-up and published by Activision, developed by Infinity Ward. Split-second decisions could ultimately upset the balance of power around the globe, and Modern Warfare will feature a unified narrative experience and progression across a single-player story as well as an action-packed multiplayer battleground.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare features a new engine delivering an immersive and photo-realistic experience. The new technology utilizes the latest advancements in visual engineering, including a physically-based material system allowing for state of the art photogrammetry, a new hybrid tile-based streaming system, new PBR decal rendering system, world volumetric lighting, 4K HDR, DirectX Raytracing (PC) and more as well as a new GPU geometry pipeline. Spectral rendering delivers thermal heat radiation and infrared identification for both thermal and night-vision in-game imaging. The technical investment provides a cutting edge animation and blend shape system, while the new suite of audio tools supports full Dolby ATMOS, on supported platforms, along with the latest in audio simulation effects.

“This is an all-new Modern Warfare reimagined in every way,” said Dave Stohl, co-Studio Head, Infinity Ward. “We are creating an emotionally charged experience that’s inspired by the headlines in the world today, where the rules are grey and battle lines are blurred. Players will join a varied cast of international special forces and freedom fighters in gripping and heart-pounding missions through iconic European cities and volatile expanses of the Middle East. It’s intense, it’s exciting, and we can’t wait for our fans to play this October.”

“Every design decision has been made with our players in mind,” said Patrick Kelly, Creative Director and co-Studio Head, Infinity Ward. “With the launch of Modern Warfare, we’re taking steps to unite the community. First, we plan for Modern Warfare to be played together across PC and console through cross-play support. Second, we’re eliminating the traditional season pass, so that we can deliver more free maps and content as well as post-launch events to all players. This is just the beginning – there’s much more to come.

Infectonator Series Revives on iOS with Infectonator 3: Apocalypse

Infectonator 3 Apocalypse

Sometimes you just want to play the bad guy, instead of the brave, mighty hero. That’s where Toge Productions comes in with Infectonator 3: Apocalypse. It’s a classic arcade sim game where players control the mastermind of a zombie apocalypse. This was originally published on PC, and is now available on iOS as a fully premium game, with zero in-app purchases. Taking the role of a villain, your mission is to wipe out humanity.

However, achieving it won’t be oh-so-easy. You need to design your own strategy—choose where you’d spread the virus, supplement your zombies with boosts and support item of your choice, and use the resources gained to upgrade your zombies. You can also unlock various zombies with unique abilities using DNA earned from destroying countries. As the game goes on, humans will try to find a way to cure the infection. Stop them! Much like the original, this version has more than 200 levels of mayhem, but also adds Game Center achievements and weekly challenges.

We already have many fans asking for the mobile version,” according to Toge Productions’ CEO, Kris Antoni. “Therefore we want to make their gaming experience more enjoyable by bringing the latest Infectonator game to mobile,” he added.

Infectonator 3: Apocalypse Features:

  • Dozens of zombies to discover and craft
  •  Real-life parodies and morbid humor
  • Classic pixel art with a modern twist
  • Interactive environment that can be used to your advantage
