Mutant Year Zero: Expansion and New Character Reveal

Mutant Year Zero announced today that a new expansion is coming to the game, “Seed of Evil”, and will hit PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch on July 30th, 2019. That means the full game will hit the Switch with the expansion. A new playable character is also on the way, Khan the Moose!

A new menace is looming in the expansion. Powerful and ominous roots have emerged and seem to be taking control over the minds of friends and foes alike. Fortunately, a new hero has arrived, and players can now add Big Khan the moose to their squad of mutants. He is not only skilled at landing critical hits but comes with the unique mutations Ground Pound and Flame Puke, giving the option to apply a more diverse playstyle in order to succeed.

We. The Revolution Reveals Console Release Date

Klabater announced today that their PC title We. The Revolution will be coming to home consoles next month – for the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game about the French Revolution arrives on consoles on June 25th, 2019. The Nintendo Switch version is already available to pre-order as well. There is still work to be done on porting and creating an intuitive interface and adjusting the mechanics to fit for the console, but it is on the way next month.

Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey Reveals Release Date

Panache Digital and Private Division announced the release date for their upcoming epic, Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey. It will hit PC (via Epic Games Store) on August 27th, 2019, and digitally for PS4/Xbox One in December 2019. In Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey, players are challenged to survive the beautiful, but unforgiving land of Africa, spanning ten million to two million years ago.

Players will explore Neogene Africa, expand their territory, and evolve to advance their clan from one generation to the next. he game and its mechanics rely on evolution, discovery, and survival as players traverse a variety of terrain and environments, encounter various predators, and learn new abilities to pass along to the next generation of their clan. The team has also released the second episode of a three-part video series featuring Patrice Désilets explaining the game’s unique mechanics and concepts.
