Granblue Fantasy Versus - Percival

GranBlue Fantasy is giving Western players their first taste of the upcoming Percival, during EVO 2019, taking place on August 2nd and 3rd, 2019. Percival is a noble warrior who has learned statecraft, with the hopes of founding their dream country. Alongside Lancelot, he served in a knightly order. Nicknamed the “Lord of Flames”, his dazzling abilities will be more than a match for his foes. During EVO 2019, there will be ad emo that features Percival, as well as a mini-tournament highlighting Granblue Fantasy: Versus.

If this weren’t enough, there will also be a live exhibition with Cygames Beast’s team. Daigo “The Beast” Umehara, PR Balrog, GamerBee, Fuudo and the latest member of the squad, Infexious will be at the event. The actual tournament will be at the XSEED Games Twitch Stream on August 3rd, 1 PM.

Bookbound Brigade Revealed, Playable at Gamescom

Bookbound Brigade is a new take on the Metroidvania genre from Digital Tales and will be at Gamescom in Cologne (August 20th – 22nd). The focus of Bookbound Brigade is about beating up historical and literary characters through a dream team of real and fictional heroes. This 2D side-scroller will feature Dracula, King Arthur, Queen Victoria, Nikola Tesla, Dorothy Gale, Sun Wukong the Monkey King, and more. The “Book of Books” has been stolen, which is a volume that encompasses every single work of fiction/non-fiction ever.

Game Features:
– Explore, fight, backtrack, grow your skills and tackle challenging quests and puzzles, as in any Metroidvania game worthy of its name, but get ready for a twist…

– There is no single hero in Bookbound Brigade: you play as a party of unique characters, each with their own traits and skills, who move in formation and fight as one.

– All the characters, both playing and non-playing, are drawn from the pages of history and literature, so expect to meet some familiar and less familiar faces!

– The distinctive hand-drawn visuals, inspired by book illustration from all time, stray far from the pixel art dominating the Metroidvania genre.

Pilot Sports Takes Flight in July 2019

Pilot Sports is a co-op flying title from Z-Software GmbH, and it hits Steam, PC and Xbox on July 31st, 2019. Pre-orders are available on the Microsoft Store, and it’s inspired by classic flying franchise, Pilotwings. Pilot Sports released earlier on the Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4, and is ready to drop onto Xbox/PC.

Disney Tsum Tsum Festival Reveals November Release Date

Disney TSUM TSUM Festival is on the way to Nintendo Switch, and it’s coming right in time for the holidays! On November 8th, 2019, the first Tsum Tsum game will hit the console, where players control their favorite Disney and Pixar characters in adorable Tsum Tsum form.  There will be a wealth of activities to enjoy,  including Spinner Battle, Tsum Curling, Bubble Hockey, and more for up to four players.

Blair Witch – New Gameplay Trailer Released

Bloober Team and Lionsgate Games released a gameplay trailer today, that shows off the gameplay for the upcoming first-person psychological horror game, Blair Witch. Fan-favorite canine companion, Bullet is back, and today’s trailer also shows off exploration, commands, combat, and of course, how players interact with Bullet. It will arrive on XboxOne and PC on August 30th, 2019.
