Blair Witch – Insanity Trailer – Gamescom 2019

Right off the floor at Gamescom 2019, Bloober Team has a new story trailer for the upcoming first-person psychological horror title, Blair Witch. Players will come back to the woods featured in the original Blair Witch film. This new trailer gives a peek behind the true story of Blair Witch, with some never-before-seen gameplay, flashbacks, and visions that plauge Ellis in the Black Hills Forest. This game, that will support 4k visuals, on Xbox One X and PC, will launch worldwide on August 30th, 2019.

Preorders have begun, and those who pre-order the game for 29.99 will automatically be upgraded to the PC Deluxe Edition for free (for the Steam edition). This includes the Blair Witch game original soundtrack and ‘The Art of Blair Witch’. The Deluxe Edition will also be available to purchase for $34.99 on Steam once it is released.

PixARK Reveals Gameplay of ‘Skyward’ DLC

Snail Games is expanding the world of PixARK today, with its first DLC expansion, “Skyward”. This DLC will take players to a floating archipelago, with 10 islands. Each island is home to unique biomes and creatures to meet. This DLC is free on Steam tomorrow and is coming to console soon. This tour is run by Simone “Kaid” Tullos, the community content specialist for PixARK.

In Skyward, a new enemy has appeared in the world of PixARK, looking to exhaust the plentiful supply minerals. They are known as the Cobaltianians, and it’s up to daring adventurers to put a stop to their evil plans, and restore balance. To safeguard the World of PixARK and its vast mineral supply, Explorers will have to stand up against the invaders. Explorers have begun using the enemy’s own technology against them to upgrade their weapons and gear in an effort to fight fire with fire. The future of PixARK is now in the hands of you, the Explorers!

The Skyward DLC, available today on Steam, includes: 

  • Floating Island Map – A map spanning 10 distinctive island biomes, each featuring new creatures and cube types.

  • New Ruins – Players can take on special bosses, from Cobaltianian offers, Behemoth and the Ghost Dragon King to obtain special equipment and armor, or drop into Wyvern nests to hatch their own Wyvern.   featuring fresh biomes and creatures, with new types of loot waiting to be obtained.

  • Summon Bone Creatures – Skeletal bone creatures and Fossil Cubes can be found throughout the new map. Players must defeat bone creatures or harvest Fossil Cubes to obtain Fossils. With enough fossils, explorers can venture to the Summoning Altar to summon their own tamable Bone Creatures.

  • TEK Technology Engrams – Players can now infuse engrams with TEK technology to create advanced mechanized items, including new swords, guns, grenades, shields, armour, saddles and other useful materials.

Torchlight II: Announcement Trailer (Nintendo Switch)

The award-winning action RPG, Torchlight II is coming back in a big way: to the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Playstation 4  in September! On September 3rd, 2019, this classic ARPG is back and filled with action and loot.  It can be pre-purchased now on the Nintendo Switch eShop in North America. This iteration of the game has been designed for new platforms, thanks to Panic Button Games, which includes a new interface, upgraded controls, and new pets for each platform.
