Close to the Sun Launches Worldwide

What if Nikola Tesla fulfilled his genius potential in the 19th century? Close to the Sun answers this as it launches globally today on Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One. This first-person horror adventure is set in an alternate 19th-century story. Players will step onto a colossal vessel of scientific research, known as the Helios.

As the heroine, Rose, players find themselves walking the massive area looking for their lost sister on the majestic yet mysterious ship created by Tesla. Where is Ada and what happened? Grand halls stand empty. The stench of rotting flesh lingers in the air. Silence. A truly eerie setting, with a fascinating premise, Close to the Sun is now available.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Coteries of New York Gameplay Trailer

Vampire: The Masquerade – Coteries of New York is an upcoming narrative-driven story, much in the way of its tabletop predecessor. Presented in the VIsual Novel art style, it also has other RPG aspects, such as a quests map, clan disciplines, the passage of time, hunger, and much more.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Coteries of New York will offer players an intense experience on PC (Windows, Linux, Mac OS) on December 4th, 2019. It will be available on Steam, GOG (DRM-free), as well as other digital outlets. A Nintendo Switch version is also going to arrive in Q1 2020.  They are also considering and exploring options to bring it to PS4 and Xbox One as well, so stay tuned.

Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King Launch on Consoles

Two of the most popular Disney games from the 1990s are back on modern consoles in a huge way: The Lion King and Aladdin, in the Disney Classic Games release! This release offers fan-favorite versions of these games, with upscaled graphics to support high-definition displays. There are other upgrades to enhance playability as well. If that weren’t enough, a brand-new “final cut” of Aladdin and an original Aladdin “tradeshow demo”, are also included. This demo has not been publically available since 1993, so it’s a must-see.

Lost Ember Reveals November Release Date

Lost Ember from Mooneye Studios announced that the animal-switching adventure is on the way to PS4, Xbox One and PC (Steam, GOG) in November 2019. On November 22nd, 2019, this game will retail for 29.99. The Nintendo Switch version is on the way as well but will be released further down the road.

Koei Tecmo and GUST Studios launched their latest Atelier title today, Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & The Secret Hideout in North America. It’s now available on PC, Playstation 4, and Nintendo Switch, bringing a new story arc to the Atelier franchise.

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout follows teenage tomboy Ryza and her band of mischievous friends, Lent and Tao, who yearn for adventure and excitement far away from their mundane village life. The friends wind up searching a forbidden island, where they encounter a wandering alchemist and his warrior partner (Empel and Lila), who change their lives forever.

Throughout Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout, players will utilize completely revamped synthesis and battle systems – collecting and synthesizing raw materials into powerful items for battle. The new synthesis interface clearly displays the required materials and effects that can be added to the final item at a glance; using a ‘Linkage Synthesis’ system to easily display item placement. Ready to peek into the world Everreach: Project Eden? Headup Games released a new trailer today to show off this gorgeous world that arrives this December. Today’s video is from EverReach Industries themselves, with their secret Documentation of Planet Eden. This will help interested parties get a look at the first habitable planet in our galaxy, and the various biomes that await.

Explorers can learn about a long-forgotten civilization on Eden and will offer fast-past storytelling and gorgeous, unique visuals. This, combined with high-speed vehicular warfare and a compelling skill/level system, Everreach has a lot to offer fans of open-world Action RPGs.
