Kerbal Space Program 2 Developer Story Trailer

Kerbal Space Program 2 is the sequel to the acclaimed space flight simulation game Kerbal Space Program from Star Theory and Private Division. Learn about the team behind KSP 2, Star Theory Games, as well as the support from Squad. This sequel will launch in 2020, for PC via Steam, and other storefronts after that (Playstation, Xbox). New improvements will be coming to Kerbal Space Program 2 from updated planets and parts to additional mod support. An improved tutorial will also be in the game to help players get off the ground easier. The bar for a challenge will still be high for veterans, while also welcoming in newcomers.

“KSP has always been about pushing the boundaries of innovation and creativity, and with Kerbal Space Program 2 we take that premise even further,” said Nate Simpson, Creative Director at Star Theory. “We are introducing several new ways for players to challenge themselves, including new physics puzzles to solve, new planetary destinations to conquer, and new ways to advance their own deep-space program. This continues to be a game about exploration, imagination, and understanding rocket physics – with plenty of wild crashes along the way.”

“With Star Theory, we are able to build a new gameplay foundation that is exponentially larger and allows us to explore well beyond the solar system of the original game. This is an exciting time as we are expanding the Kerbal franchise while staying true to the spirit of KSP and what makes the franchise so special,” said Michael Cook, Executive Producer at Private Division. “Kerbal Space Program 2 sparks a passion for a whole new generation of space explorers, future astronauts, and astronomers – which is the reason why we love what we are making here.”

Comanche – Gameplay Teaser Gamescom 2019

Critical security breach reported. Loss of classified military documents confirmed: The Blueprints for the advanced reconnaissance and attack helicopter RAH-66 Comanche have been leaked. The activity of a whistleblower is most likely. As a reaction, SACEUR has authorized THQ Nordic and Nukklear to continue with the production of “Comanche” as fast as possible to counter any possible threat and to start an “Early Access” program in early 2020.

The new Comanche also acts as a carrier of a specialized, non-hackable short-range drone. This will help out operations in high-risk environments. This is going to bring about a new era of helicopter warfare. Comanche is based on the legendary game franchise and will have an Early Access run, before the 2020 launch of the game. Each Comanche/drone set-up will have its own unique strengths and weaknesses, as well as fulfill an important role in the objective-based team-vs-team encounters.

Disintegration – Announcement Trailer

Disintegration is a new sci-fi first-person shooter on the way out, where players pilot a heavily-armed Gravcycle. Players will command troops on the ground as they battle through both single-player and multiplayer PVP modes.

This game is being developed by V1 Interactive, which is an independent studio of about 30 industry veterans and new talents, who worked on titles such as Halo, Destiny, SOCOM US Navy Seals and more.  The game will have a trio of multiplayer game modes at launch, each with their own maps. These team-based battles will definitely require sharp coordination, from utilizing ground units with individual abilities while also maximizing the destructive capacity of the Gravcycle.

“Disintegration is not your standard first-person shooter and it will challenge how you approach the battlespace,” said Marcus Lehto, President and Game Director at V1 Interactive. “You will explore a world forever changed by an ongoing global conflict. The only way to save life as we know it is by making strategic decisions in every firefight, both as an armed Gravcycle pilot and as the commander of your crew.”

“The game takes place in this beautiful world and has a story wrought with hardship and triumph. Both of these aspects could be the focal point of a single game, but V1 takes it one step further,” said Kari Toyama, Senior Producer at Private Division. “Not only does Disintegration bring an immersive game world and gripping narrative, the game delivers the ability to sit both within and above combat in a completely different way than anything else out there right now.”
