Watch Dogs: Legion: E3 2019 Official Premiere Trailer

Watch the world premiere trailer of Watch Dogs: Legion. In the near future, London is facing its downfall: the people are being oppressed by an all-seeing surveillance state, private militaries control the streets, and a powerful crime syndicate is preying on the vulnerable. The fate of London lies with you, and your ability to recruit a resistance and fight back.

Ubisoft E3 2019 Conference Highlights

Ubi opened up their showcase with a sample of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed symphony world tour. As decent as it was, it fell to the wayside with the trailer that followed.

Watchdogs Legion will take place in London, and it goes way beyond anything the series has offered before. I’d offer you a description, but instead, check out this gameplay trailer. I will say, Helen is a badass, and this game appears to be scratching ALL my cyberpunk fancies. I’m ready to join the resistance.

“Grandad is using Crypto to buy a kidney on the black market.” The world of Watchdog Legion as described during the E3 conference.

Next, one of the executive producers of Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia came on to announce a new TV show, based on developing video games, Mythic Quest. This show will be airing on Apple’s streaming service, Apple TV.

This was followed with some Adventure Time awesomeness: Finn the Human and friends will be joining Brawlhalla for some algebraic level magnificence.

Next, Jon Berenthal appeared in the trailer for Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, which appears to show a rift in the Ghost ranks. Jon took the stage to talk about the game, and brought out his adorable pooch.

On September 5th, 2019, the closed beta for Ghost Recon: Breakpoint begins, but you can sign up now. We also got a little taste of gameplay in the We Are Brothers trailer.

We also got a trailer for a new mobile game: Tom Clancy’s Elite Squad.

Say what you will about Just Dance, its community is known for defying toxic gaming culture, and Dancers are celebrating its upcoming 10th birthday in style.

Next up was a teaser for Rainbow Six: Quarantine, which didn’t look at all like a Dying Light ripoff. Nope, not a bit.

A Division 2 studio rep came on next and announced between June 13th and 16th, The Division 2 is free to play. Episode 1, a new expansion with new main missions, and gameplay outside the city, will arrive in July. Episode 2, arriving this fall, will include missions in the Pentagon. Episode 3 will involve a manhunt, and will arrive early 2020.

UPlay Plus will be a subscription service and will be available on the new Stadia game streaming platform for $14.99/mo. The service will include ever Ubisoft title currently out, as well as early access to new titles.

We also saw a pair of trailers for the upcoming Roller Champions, a futuristic roller derby style game that looks sure to spawn an e-sports league.

And we got some gameplay goodness, too. I think this one looks fun.

That’s it for now, folks! Make sure to check our coverage of PC Gamer, Bethesda, and Microsoft‘s conferences, and stay tuned for Square Enix and all your E3 2019 news coverage!

E3 2019 – PC Gamer Conference Highlights

The PC Gamer Conference 2019 was absolutely bonkers – a two-hour affair with thirty games at the very least that was shown off, teased and revealed. There’s no way I could talk about every single one of them right here – I’d never get anything done! Many of them were incredible, but there are a few that certainly deserves to be mentioned on their own, so that’s what we’re going to be doing here. There are, of course, tons of games that I didn’t mention but could have. Cris Tales looks amazing, and I’m absolutely excited for Borderlands 3. It’s going to be incredible – overwhelming likely, but incredible nonetheless.

Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines 2

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2: Now, I’ve been a fan of Vampire: The Masquerade since I was in High School. It came around at a time when I was at my gothiest if that’s a word. If not, it is now. So what did we see for Bloodlines 2? The first gameplay footage for Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 was revealed during E3 2019. It was a brief look at the game, but it shows off some of the awesome Bloodline powers, the threats you’ll be dealing with, and the most important rule: Uphold the Masquerade. They also explained that various emotions their targets are feeling will change how they feel during/after the feeding. Players will have to adjust and come to terms with becoming a Vampire. It will be available in Q1 2020. Trailer: Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2

Chivalry 2 Announce Trailer

Chivalry 2: Chivalry 2 looks absolutely wild. 64 player battles, intense duels, and the possibility of 1v3 and 1v4 with their improved combat system? Plus I like my violence with a bit of funny, and Chivalry certainly looks like it will have some hilarious one-liners, as well as sincerely over-the-top violence. I didn’t really get into the previous Chivalry game, but I know a lot of people who did, and I think this will be the one for me. It looks cool, it also looks hilarious. I can beat someone with a chicken, you say? I’m sold. Trailer: Chivalry 2

Conan Chop Chop

Conan Chop Chop: I don’t have a lot to say about this other than I’m pretty glad that it’s not really just an April Fool’s Game. It’s a roguelike that looks like “Order of the Stick” but in the Conan universe. Everything about this is awesome. Trailer: Conan Chop Chop

Zombie Army 4 Dead War

Zombie Army 4: Dead War: I’m actually unfamiliar with the Zombie Army franchise, but the trailer for this fourth entry sold me because we’re killing  Hitler’s Nazi Zombies. But it’s made by the team who designed Sniper Elite 4, and it’s set in a World War II era (it seems) where you’re murdering hordes of Zombies/Nazi Zombies. I just know that Hitler had a zombie army, and I can team up with my friends to obliterate them in horrific ways.  What more do I need to know? Trailer: Zombie Army 4: Dead War

shenmue-iii

Shenmue III: It’s going to be an Epic Games Store exclusive, so you know people are going to cry, scream, shout, stamp their little feet and whimper in disgust. But it’s Shenmue, and it’s coming this November. Martial Arts, a weird but entrancing story and all the charm of the previous games will no doubt await. Shenmue is what ultimately led me to the Yakuza franchise, so it has a special place in my heart. Sure, they were promised a Steam release on the Kickstarter, and I’m sure that will still go down. Epic Games Store exclusivity, generally speaking, isn’t forever. We’ll just have to see what happens there.

Griftlands E3 2019 Announcement Trailer

Griftlands: A roguelike deckbuilder in a sci-fi setting? It looks amazing, and I cannot wait. It reminds me a bit of Deck of Ashes, in its own way. It will be available in July for its Alpha on the Epic Games Store. I don’t know a whole lot about this one just yet, but I love deckbuilders and RPGs, so let’s see where this adventure takes us.  Trailer: Griftlands

Maneater E3 2019 Trailer

Maneater: It’s a sharkpg – what’s not to like? We get to see the primary antagonist of Maneater (Scaley Pete), who disfigures the baby shark who grows up to be the Maneater. I really like how they tell the story through the lens of a reality show. “It’s GTA if you were a shark’ really sounds fun to me because you’re a shark. They go over the progression system too – growth, life, and evolution. Growth is gained from eating stuff as an example. Trailer: Maneater

Songs of Conquest: I loved Heroes of Might & Magic, and I love this pixel-style game from Lava Potion. It’s a classic turn-based strategy. You pick up resources, upgrade the town, enter combat, and more. It looks gorgeous. This is my kind of strategy game, and I’m sincerely looking forward to it.  If you were a fan of the classic Heroes of Might & Magic games, you’ll want to keep your eyes on Songs of Conquest.
