Neo Cab Releases Demo Ahead of October Launch on PC and Switch

Have you ever stopped to wonder or ask how your Rideshare Driver’s day is going. I have, but maybe you haven’t. Fellow Traveller and Chance Agency are excited to announce an emotional survival game of rideshare driving in an AI-driven world. Neo Cab hits PC and Nintendo Switch (PC: 14.99 USD, Switch: 19.99 USD) on October 3rd, 2019, and pre-orders are available now. There is also a demo available on both platforms to try.

Neo Cab is an emotional survival game with a narrative focus. Players are challenged to stay human in a world overrun by automation. Lina is one of the last human rideshare drivers, and your only lifeline has gone missing. With no money, and nowhere to stay, all you can do is keep driving. Using the Neo Cab app, players navigate the city, choose passengers, and engage with them to learn their stories. Perhaps it will uncover some of your own truths.

Neo Cab Creative Lead Patrick Ewing is eager to confront the possible perils of our automated future saying:

“What are the merits of personal, human service and why are sterile, automated interactions often presented as a core part of utopia? In Neo Cab, Lina is one of the last human drivers, and so those who get into her cab are in need of the human touch! Some of her passengers will enjoy having a conversation while they get from Point A to Point B. Others might prefer that automated utopia, and see Lina as just another node in the service mesh of automated capitalism.”

Atelier Ryza Reveals First Details of Ryza’s Secret Hideout

Koei Tecmo revealed new details today for their forthcoming Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout. Budding alchemist Ryza and her group of friends are going to set out for adventure, but circumstances put them into the depths of the Sunken Mine. This deep, dark environment is home to a potentially great evil: a gate leading to another world.

Players will create a secret hideout that will serve as their base of operations, and this is where Ryza will work on her alchemy synthesizes between travels. Players will also be able to use the new Gathering Synthesis system from the hideout to create new lands to explore. Item Duplication and more await in this new secret hideout.

Since Ryza’s Secret Hideout would not be complete without personalization, players will be able to customize their hideout to reflect their own personality through using various items found while exploring the multiple worlds. Ryza and her team will be able to increase their stats depending on how the base is remodeled, and the gathered items can be utilized strategically to grant useful stat boosts on the field during battle.

Exorcise The Demons Launches Today on PC

Exorcise the Demons

Exorcise the Demons has players dealing not only with the forces of Hell but their own communication skills. In the game, a set of players read from a mysterious Book of Rituals and conduct rites to stop the demonic forces. The twist is, that only one player can perform the rituals, and only one can read the book.

One player is in-game performing the actions needed to complete the rituals, while the other player reads from the Book of Rituals (conveniently provided as a PDF so it can be opened on a phone, tablet, or laptop) and guides them through the steps. If you can’t communicate effectively with your friends, this deadly work will never be completed.
