  5. You try loading up lighter weight see if that helps, before spending money on some wrist wraps if you don't want to spend the money that is.

  7. I get Tendinitis pretty bad on my wrists, so I started wearing some wrist wraps, help support your wrists, after a couple of weeks using them, Pain started going away. They're pretty cheap too, picked up a pair for 20$
  8. How do you recommend minimizing wrist pain while lifting? While doing push presses and front squats this morning, I noticed a kind of new pain that was building around my wrists. Nothing else was pressured, just that area. Is there something I should wear, or should I start focusing on more hand-oriented dumbbell workouts?
