Bacns don't know the first thing about giving pain. Whenever Bacns gain control over a person they much prefer to ****/molest their victims. But I suppose you might be able to train one to give out pain. Or you could join the red team. Bacns become very violent towards reds.

But if you hurt your Bacn you'll break it! And not the good kind of break where it succumbs to your every whim! The bad kind of break where you try to reformat it 20 times but the keyboard won't work and you have to go buy a new one!

Then just violate the Bacn in it's sleep! None of this requires memory wipes! And just for the record, Bacn's don't respond very well to pain.
It's part of the thrill! I want a Bacn to submit after endless brutal torture, and a lifetime of pleasure against it's will! Feeling violated in it's sleep is a part of that, thank you very much.
Besides, if you're going to capture a slave Bacn it doesn't make sense to erase his memories!
