A: I am a logical person, who has much experience in leading, and this would be a good way to learn a little more. A: I wouldn't really have any other rules, every ruler here is a non-emotional based rule, and they pretty much cover it all. A: I would PM them, and tell them that it would most likely be a good idea to fix said mistake, or that they made a mistake (one that can not be fixed) and that they should watch out, if they continued to do these mistakes i would do what i can to stop them. A: It would depend upon the situation, if someone did something so outrageous then I would even ban any of my friends. But if it was a simple thing, then i would lock the thread, or delete it. A: After a few warnings I would proceed to ban his account for a short time.
