I don't what you're going through but Please don't put happiness out of reach in your own mind.The world has plenty of ways of trapping you the last thing you need is to be a prisoner in your own skin.

And just to share this with you,I find a great way to relieve stress is to go outside and literally scream as loud as i can.Its funny when the neighbors dog start barking when i do it.
