  1. I developed my own workout routine it just came naturally
    6:16, 10:11, 1:23, 4:44, 9:17... 5 workout times you can do more easily, but I like some rest
    but you could also just increase intensity of it, when you go through intense pain you will notice minor aggravances do not bother you any longer, and you remain positive...
