Well, everyone should be able to use the elements around them. After all, fire is far beneath the Earth and in the shining sun. Air is always in the atmosphere. Earth is always on the ground. Water is like, most of what Earth is made of. xD

well, actually there is one major difference in water: they can control water! and also they can't be channeled through, so she can act as an energy source, an absorber, a or a deflecter, but she can't actually control a stable element. Crystals are far too rare for her to be able to do much, sadly
