Ahhh.~ Interestingly, I suck at understanding the poems and their authors. The emotional impact depends on the reader, so it takes too much effort to think what the author wants the reader to feel. :l I love creative writing. :O Poetry is beneficial for all. In English, we had a poetry contest with sonnets. Everyone had to write one of the lines that followed a particular rythming scheme. We only lost because a male read what should have been read by a female reader. :l

Oh, I want to join this conversation! I used to head home eagerly to see new episodes of Naruto when it first came out on Cartoon Network. It used to be so addicting...until there were too many episodes and I gave up out of boredom. xD Then I tried to read the manga, but...I need censors! It's like with Air Gear. Good concept, but aimed for boys. :<

You should watch...Samurai Champloo? Hmn...I used to love Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura, Dragon Ball series, Rurouni Kenshin, Full Metal Alchemist, Inuyasha (mistaken as Sailor Moon at first xD), YuYu Hakusho ("Spirit Bomb"), Beyblade, Code Lyoko, .hack series (.hack//sign used to be reprogrammed to Transformers T_T)(still do, but...my PS2 broke T_T so I can't play the games...)...then I discovered the internet! :o

I enjoyed Death Note as well, the storyline was, like you said, not the most smart, or well written, but it was better than the handful of constant fighting anime's/mangas out there. Plus, the artist that did the art for Hikaru No Go ((At least in the manga)) was responsible for Death Note. It seemed the perfect "realistic" style that was drawn fits it perfectly. In a sense, Death Note is a great crime drama!

Claymore is by far not one of the best animes out there, nor is it the worst. It's fairly predictable when you get farther into it, and the plot twists seem dull and not at all thought out, which of course makes it hard to watch and enjoy. But, it is still an action orientated manga/anime. You have to judge it for what it is though, you can't compare it to the likes of Monster, or Death Note.

Well, I usually listen to music to get different feels. Like, instrumentals or soft music for sad/emotional posts, techno/rock for fighting/tense moments, etc. It all depends on the mood, y'know? I'm so good with poems that I recently made a monologue, only for my English teacher to tell me to turn it into a poem xD I guess it is because I like abstract explanations? I'unno.

Well, maybe your poetic spirit is different from mine? o-o The best poems are those unintended. Whenever I try to think about writing a poem, it ends up sounding like...I'm a depressed child about to commit suicide. By the way, the monologue poem was based off of the sky (like most of my poems xD). ~obsession with the sky?

Hahaha, Naruto, I remember when I was seriously into that show too. ((I was addicted, yes, pathetic, I know xD))

I've always been into anime since I started watching it ((5 or so years ago)). It's an interesting form of entertainment to say the least. Though at times things get very repetitive. But, eh, it keeps you interested.

Takesh should join! But, Takesh may have a life. That's why he hasn't been posting as much? :o Or we are still waiting...for Fieryfly...or Befram...to post about something. xD I can't very well say much for Natalie, and Elizabeth can't communicate unless Natalie does it for her (now I know how Sai from Hikaru no Go feels xD).

You think? D: I really need to get around to apologizing to my friend, but it sounds lame to say, "Sorry I couldn't attend the party. The summer humidity drained my energy and made me feel all dizzy and what-not, so I couldn't make it. Oh yeah, and my driver (mother) fell asleep soon after I told her my symptoms."

Yeah, I know. Two...more...hours?! ...Well, I guess I can eat something and read more Hikaru no Go. Wow, harsh. Four paragraphs? xD I'm going to have to bring out my "the sky shimmered like diamonds caught in the heavenly glow of the moon" kind of posts (details that don't need to be mentioned, but sounds poetic ). You should at least keep it at a minimum of...well, nevermind. I've seen RPers get away with 2 paragraphs with nothing more than a chunk of dialog and petty description about actions...

Ah, I saw the conversation with you and Grave (FromtheGrave). So you are just waiting for Befram and Angel1234, eh? You do realize that may take awhile. o-o Befram seems like the type who may have a life, and...well, I don't know about Angel1234, but...hmn, I want a RP to RP on. v.v

I watched Claymore for a bit, but...I didn't see it all the way (came late to Anime Club -- I only go for my friends! ...and to make fun of what could be tragic scenes in anime xD). Hmn...the girl freaked me out, but after watching for a bit, I can see the similarity. :o

I won't watch it all the way in fear that I might read what you are planning (it happened before, and it may happen again).

Yeah, tell me about it. :l Well, it is also with the heat that comes with summer, or rather, humidity. I get drained by it and the humidity messes with my body (like, my nose feels funny, my head feels foggy, my body feels heavy, etc.). I even missed an awesome grad party simply because I would have died in the humidity.

Open window = pouring in of heat. xD Well, this laptop is used by both my mom and I. So, when I leave it for a second, my mom hops on. I can't hog it unless I sit in front of it for hours. xD Anti-glare screen? O.O Wow. I wish I had that...for my laptop and for my Nintendo DS Light. xD

Yes, yes it is. xD Yeah, it helps to be living in different time zones. Speaking of, when are you doing the opening post? Or are more people joining? xD At any rate, with so many people, it is easy to figure out who will be dedicated and who just wanted to make a character sheet. I bet some people will quit early. :o Let's just hope none of the good RPers do.

Claymore is pretty good, I have a few of the manga volumes though I haven't checked out the anime in quite some time. I just know that the action is very well done, the fight scenes are AMAZING! Haha, I sound like an anime nerd right now.....
