Need URGENT help WTF PWned by PC to the extreme, come in, laugh at me, then help me=(

I rebooted my PC, everything went wrong. Gamma was brighter, windows vista aero wasn't there, I checked riva tuner and my video card isn't even there. I checked GPU Z, it said my core clock speed was 0 speed and memory clock was 0, so, yeah, video card disabled. :-/ Now, at first, I thought that I quarantined some files that were essential for my computer, so I restored all the items. Problem not fixed. I really need help, anyone got a solution? Can't play any games either -_- , can't set resolution higher than 1280 x 1024, etc, many **** ups.
