He's in the last challenge, right after the Left Hand I believe. You fight Mewtwo, Ganondorf and Giga-Bowser at the same time... Can't believe you guys never even knew about this.
I didn't know this either. WTF... W/e. Game & W is still the best.
Thats why I always play games directly on the hardest mode.
To get the fullest out of the game.

And yeah, you can't actually unlock Giga Bowser though, you just fight him. O_o He's easy as hell, it's just Ganondorf and Mewtwo who get in the way all the time. -_- There was once where I killed both G.Bowser and Mewtwo and Ganondorf hadn't even lost a life yet. D=
