Isn't this the same guy that (tried? I dunno) to pass a bill that said that he and his staff were pardoned from any war crimes and crimes against humanity?

Yes, Bush is like your cousin twice removed. People hate him yet he continues with the bullshit. But yeah in a state of war time, I think a president can continue to assume presidency even after two terms in the best effort to keep the US alive in the war or something.
