Thats a pimped up Ronald McDonald.

You should try changing his hair to a white-ish, grey-ish shade, along with his undershirt and shoes. Change the tie and the showlace to the same color of his tux.

Edit: And his socks should be white or black.

Edit2: And the yellow poles and yellow sign to the same white-ish, grey-ish shade as his hair/undershirt/shoes.

Draw some cumstains on him, that'll show them.
