Japaneese Dekaron sign-in help

Once i get to this page i dont know what to do and get stuck can some1 please help me.

ummm.. i dunno how to do that but how do u make a japanese dekaron acc?

I'm having a similar problem as well. I get to the part where there's all the characters near looking straight ahead at a door. After I see "helion" (I'm guessing it's the server), I click the only option, it says something in Japanese, and then it closes on me. I'm stuck.
