Taiwan Survival project help

Ok so I got bored of playing other games and planning on going back to taiwan sp. However, it cannot patch. It always says "Trying to reconnect (# times)" in chinese. If anyone can play survival project tw now, please upload the whole folder and hopes it works. Thanks

It worked when I'm playing FlyFF, I'm too lazy to download it myself, so I file share it with my other computer, and it worked without updating it when I run .exe.
