either you psu has not enough power, your psu got fried (friend had this)
or one of your power cables got loose on your motherboard (if one of the two isnt connected, it fails to turn on)

this seems like your speed is too high (like i said before), or you network card is dieing (wich i never heard before, and my hardware teacher said he saw only 2 dead network cards in his whole life)

If the speed was too high for my line, wouldn't it be effecting all of my computers? o.O

And besides, I'm using fibre optics.

My PSU is a 700W. Admittedly it was a cheap and crappy thing which probably has life-span of cheese. So, it could be that. I'll want to make sure first though.
Interestingly enough the only way to fix this problem is to unplug everything, then wait about a minute, then plug everything back in. So. PSU sounds likely.

there might be a conflict between the Windows NetZero software and the device driver software that cause it to disconnect often.

if your computer reboot all of a sudden, it may be due to the cause of your psu not supplying enough power to yoru computer, or you have a damage hardware.

My PSU is 750W, all i need if i were to upgrade my computer to run crossfire ^^ i still havne't bought myself a new power bar with surge protection yet, i should really get one but the one i want cost quite a bit ^^;
