AQ Worlds Review.
*I am not gonna go into mega details because, seriously, wall of text. Plus, I am not in the mood to write.
AQ Worlds is an RPG by the people who made: Adventure Quest (First game they ever made.), Battleon, ZardKnight, Mechquest, and several other games.
AQ Worlds let's you chat with other players, own monsters, participate in events and quest, and show off your bad-ass blade of might. The game is pretty fun, but if your not intrested in playing a game you have to pay for to do most of the stuff. This isn't for you...
AQ Worlds is fun, addictive, and quirky, but what really makes it horrible is the following things:
- First off, chatting is members only. I won't make any more comments about this, because it's seriously bullshit.
- Most of the armor and weapons in the game require you to pay for membership. You'll be pissed off knowning you bought that bad-ass blade to show off and can't even wield it.
- Next, the game's $5 for 3 months. $15.95 for 3 months, and $49.95 for 1 full year, they even give you bonus AQ coins to spend.
- ^The above bullet doesn't make since, right? I'll explain it: If the Adventure Quest team had enough money to make a million dollar game, how did they get that money? Why are they asking us to sacrifice our hard-earned money to keep they're game up if they can use money from all the other damn games they make.
The game loses the fun factor when you find out your gonna have to pay to do lots of stuff (and 75% of the game is members.), unlike AQ, Runescape, and several other games you would rather play.
Overall, AQ Worlds SUCK (with the members shit.) and it defeats the purpose of playing knowning your gonna have to pay to get that sweet sword.
Final Score: 4 (Fun and epic overworld, nice community, can't chat without being a member? 75% of the game is members only, lots of great content, fun-factor is destroyed with members.)
