Windows live mail wont open my mail

so yesterday, i logged on to one of my mails, and i got a page saying windows live mail got updated (yet only on that one, got it a while later on my 2nd one and my main it didnt get so far yet)

i clicked proceed and clicked on the mail and nothing happened, but it said loading in the downleft corner...

so i left it on for a couple of minutes and neither did anything happen

in fact, i cant even change from wich folder im logged in to

any help here =.="
