I'm for Net Neutrality telling me what I can and can't look at and how easily I can access it is 100% ludicrous. Just because I choose one provider over another should not mean that I should get screwed in the ass by the other. Its pretty complicated, but I'll give it a shot. Internet providers will start to force you to pay for every website, kinda like TV where you have to pay for special channel packages. This is an agreement between nations that will expire in 2012, McCain does not want to renegotiate while Obama does.

No net neutrality:
Only big corporations can make websites, only way to submit content into the web is using their services.
You will have to pay for each page to be able to visit it.
