Oh, aiding in creating pedophilia content? In what way? Is he taking picture of little children, or posing in front of a camera himself? hmm? I'd like to see how a child by definition, could aid or partake in pedophilia, and be held accountable for it. If anything, such a person would be viewed as a victim, not an accomplice.

I never said there would be no legal conequences, stop putting words in my mouth and assume things(I know that might be hard for you, but please do try).

A person under the criminal age, in any country worth mentioning, with a well-working framework of laws, will never be tried an judged as an adult. It will face consequences, but will not be held accountable to the same degree as an adult.
And since he is by definition a child himself, not an adult, he cannot be defined as a ********* in a court of law - because laws in regards to pedophilia are invoked when a person above the sexual age limit, engages in sexual activities with a person below the sexual limit(etc).

I dare you to find a case(that is not ridiculous and is set in a well working western country), where a child is ruled as a *********, and thus punished according to that definition.
