So, on that note, saying all rap is about murder, money, and all that shit is wrong. Sure ALOT of it is indeed about that, but all? How about NO. How do u guys describe Christian rap? Something is considered rap because of it's style, not because of the lyrics, so it doesnt matter what is being said. Yup there is some horribly bad rap, but theres also some lyrically good and even religious rap.
Thats like saying all rock is about screaming to the top of ur lungs banging on a guitar about DEATH, EMO, CUT CUT, SCREAM, BLACKNESS, GOTH, DIEEE. When in reality SOME of it is indeed like that, but there is also a huge amount of it that ISNT anything like that.
Now for the record im not a fan of rap at all. But im not about to stereotype it and say i hate all rap for that 1 reason. I hate any METAL rock, but i love other types of rock, so im not gonna stereotype that either.
So guys, think before u say stupid shit. Say you dont like the rap that involves the bad content (if thats the reason u dont like it), dont just stereotype the entire genre.

But then went to one of our schools' talent shows, and her perspective changed. Because she saw my friend perform, who is a professional-level christian rapper. It changed everythnig she thought about rap.
