Microsoft is retarted

Alright, i want to play Warrock, when i try to open it it crashes right away, (after i click the 2 OK's)

Now, i remember a long time ago, when i used to play it, when i first started it, it would say that Internet explorer has stopped responding and then i would let that restart and all would be dandy. but now when i try to open IE it just crashes the DEP of all things pops up and says that it closed it (good job microdicks) any way i could get IE working again? i've tryed turning DEP off, turning it on, nothing happens...... should i just Re-format?
