havnt really traveled but id say USA girls for the most part.
France has extremely snobby people in general. I love the country, but the people aren't very friendly. I'm not sure about the girls specifically though.

There is no snobbiest nor can you accurately judge so unless you travel the world and have been to every corner of it. Even then it would be your opinion.
