When i try to login on Aim it freezes during login and i get this error saying that i may have to close my aim plugins when i don't even have any of them. Msn doesn't work either. I don't even get a error for Msn it just freezes.

Try reinstalling. It might work.
if your on a Acer PC there is a update for it, ill try to get the link

Get Trillian. Its all the messangers in one, so you don't have to worry about all the bullshit involved with running multiple ones :)
check if your time and date are correct, that usually is the case.
Check your firewall, check for spyware, check for viruses... Then reboot your router, if that all of that is okay.
