I need an opinon please on summoner (Dekaron)

Hello i am a lv 28 summoner and i really really need ur help this has been bugging me the whole time I need to know what you guys think is better or better yet if you are experinced which do you prefer. This is buggin me bcuase i always see the very high lvl with twinswords but i noticed that twinsword and staff have the same exact amount of skills. Twinsword have good skills but i dont like that fact that im not really a tanker and get hit for alot of dmg but staff i can stay ranged and i can attack them from a distance. I really need ur guys opninon and also also if u have the time i know alot of summoners that want to know his which is better libido or vicious summon thx so much
