Actually, I'm going to divide this up into two categories.
PC: Treasure Cove (Learning Company) my parents bought it for me, mostly because I was slow learning to read.
Console: Super Mario Bros. (NES) This was at a friend's house (I didn't actually get a console of my own till grade 4 or so).
Double Dragon on MS DOS
PC: I think the first game I played was Shufflepuck Café on my black and white macintosh.
There was another game that I used to play on it, but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me.
If anyone can tell me what it is I'd be so grateful, from what I remember, it was like a platformer where you play a small character having to navigate in this castle with all these bats that attack you.
Console: The first Megaman on the NES. My older brothers had a nintendo for a while when I was like 4 or 5, but it got taken away and my parents never allowed us to have consoles ever since then until I got a PS1 in secret and pretended it was a DVD player.

PC (sorta): cannon fodder on my uncles amiga. REAL PC: age of empires at my friends house many years later.
Console: truxton on my uncles sega megadrive 16 bit entertainment system wew!
First game I ever played was on the old Gameboy.

The first computer game I played was either Dark Castle or Reader Rabbit, on the old Mac Plus and Mac LCII.
I think the first console game I played was Super Mario World, at a friend's house.

I know it was either Captain Comic for DOS or Cosmo. Or Crystal Caves.
System though...maybe Hogans Alley or Duckhunt/Mario combo. Hard to say, because I got my NES as a package with a BUNCH of games (er, my MOM got it that is)

PC: Does that include the commodore 64? I have no idea what the games were called, but one of those.
Console: Something on the atari, probably pitfall or something.
Some of the older games I remember playing are Super Mario RPG and Yoshi's Island.
I'm not sure what the first game I ever played was though.
Alec kid(or alex kid or however you spell it), the game that you can play if you start up the original sega without a game-casette in it.
And tetris.
PC: Runescape
Console: Star Fox 64 and Zelda Majora's Mask.

atari: Pac-man
no, seriously, it was pac-man and a bunch of other games that came bundled with the atari, like the one with these white and black dots that seemed like boxers and fought each other

PC: I don't exactly remember, but I do remember playing some really old games on an old Macintosh computer back in kindergarden (~13 years ago).
Console: Duck Hunt / SMB (NES). I remember just putting the gun upto the tv and fire at all the ducks. And I sucked at SMB.. But then again, I was only 2 1/2, so what can you expect from a 2-3 year old?
