To use the internet best, especially in online games, you need a good download and upload, and having a shitty upload can hinder you as much as having a shitty download.

Thats what we have with Time Warner.
I can't complain. I used to have Verizon which was the worst thing EVER. We don't have FiOS as an option yet here. Er, we do...but you have to pay per foot on the fiber cable to be brought from the road to your house, and then you have to pay MORE each month because the service isn't technically offered in my area yet.
My IT teacher told us we live in the absolute worst place in the US for updates to our stuff. We'll be the last place to get it I guess.
