if it was gotten while you were visting onrpg, it may have been through the google ad-sense. We don't regulate the ads that go up in those, google does. And while they do also regulate and check all their ads, I'm sure every once in a while something bad gets through. I suggest that you don't use Internet Explorer. That will save you from things like this.
Anyway, the tools I suggest for virtumoundo removal is:
spybot (don't install the tea-timer! Team timer sucks. everything else rocks)
SuperAntiSpyware
MalwareBytes
And if none of those work, then it's time to pull out the big gun and find a program called combofix
Run that, and pray for the best.

To add to what Fabby said, use Firefox.
And, whether or not you already use it, install the add-ons NoScript and Ad-Block Plus.
Combined, those three are like a holy trinity against malware.
