Okay ran into the No Hard Drive error while trying to install XP. I'm going to use nLite to integrate the drivers into my copy of XP.
I've got a Seagate ST3500320AS, using a Intel(R) ICH10R SATA AHCI Controller and a Asus PQ5 Pro mobo thingy. Where do I find the drivers I need for this?
ill post what google yielded and what i know
from my exp;
sata and ide basically dont need drivers (or come preinstalled already, dont know)
i can hookup other hdds and dvd players just fine without having to install something

it might be in the bios;
either legacy (wich ill doubt)
or you need to change SATA to ATA and have your prob fixed (possibly, one hit with positive replies)
also google:
only resuls on this were dell pcs with vista preinstalled, all wanted to revert back to xp
some said to install xp on c: and vista on d: and the other way around
no direct drivers download links found, only request and that kind of stuff
Yeah it was tough to find, but I found a similar problem here and got some drivers from Intel.

Am I selecting the right one? Or should I integrate everything just in case? Haha.
Get a driver for your mainboard chipset.
Storage device drivers are included in that.
(Drivers in your list are drivers for different intel mobos)

This is a laptop, right?
Go to the laptop's official driver page. Or tell me what the laptop's manufacture and model is.

Sorry I was just confused and unsure of what to do. I wasn't sure which specific piece of hardware to download a driver for, in the first place, hence I was looking at the Intel controller.
that, and I'm pretty worried about making mistakes, so I try to be as careful as I can, haha.
