How do you actually really feel about your siblings ?

Just got home, had a pretty emotional day.

Sent my brother to serve his compulsory military training on a small island off the country, will not be seeing him for 2weeks. After that, I will only be seeing him every weekend for 2months.

He's a little devil, he doesn't like his friends to know me too well as I'm sort of a underachiever compared to him. I seldom, or never put that too seriously, cause he's everything I wanted to be. I'm proud to have him as my brother, and I have nothing to be jealous about.

Despite this, we are pretty darn close, especially since our parents don't really understand us, and they are not educated as well. We hang out, play the same game from time to time, talk about stuff...

Now my home feels so empty, because my parents are not the really... pro-active or intelligent speaking type of people (they don't even speak English).

Feeling sad... Hope 2 weeks pass by soon...

I have a good relationship with my brother, we're not drinking buddies or anything, but we get along really well.

I can't stand my step-brother. He never thinks about anyone other then himself, he shouts 4chan memes with every alternate word, he talks on vent at 4 in the morning, he constantly bugs me about everything, he collects all the dishes next to his computer, he makes food when everyone is asleep, and our computers are right next to each other so I don't have any privacy whatsoever besides when I'm in the bathroom or asleep.

Well, one of my sisters doesn't like me because I smoke pot. The other one and I are pretty close. We go to partys sometimes together, She is a bit older than me.. 22 I think. I'm not sure tho. My oldest brother is a dick to me and I'm a dick to him, But it's obvious we would kill for each other. Then, My other brother is in the army and I haven't talked to or seen him in 2 years. It's pretty shitty. I guess I feel pretty good about most of my siblings :/

i don't care for them too much to be honest,my brother is a low life jackass,my sister is always out drinking,only people i care about is my cousin cuz were really close buddies (no homo) and meh nephew :P

I'm best friends with my brothers, and sister.

I have 5 siblings and I get along with all of them.

Although I don't really had a relationship with my two oldest sisters, because they married quite young and left home.
Out of all my siblings I like my one sister(the youngest of my 3 sisters) most.
She's always there, if I need here and vise versa. We get along very well.
And then there are my two brothers, who are both older than me(I'm the youngest of us 6).
The oldest one has his own IT business and although he helped me out of trouble quite often, I really hate him for being such a jerk at times. I do, however, respect him.
My other brother is what some would call a "manly man". He isn't the smartest though and he gets made real quick, too. :/
Regardless, I like him for being so "cool".

Sometimes I do wish my sister dead, and I mean it. Shes older, and really tears apart our family.

EDIT: I love my little brother like hell though, his b day was yesterday.

My brother is pretty cool. I hang out with him and his friends and he hangs out with me and my friends all the time. We are into the same things and happen to do a lot together (like level to 80 in WoW, EQII etc.). He got diagnosed with some type of cancer so I've been making hospital trips and transplants to help him out.

He's pretty cool, but can get a bit lecture-y sometimes because he's really smart and wants me to learn to the best of my ability. I really hate that sometimes, but meh, he's just trying to make me a better person, so I understand.

He gets mad at me sometimes when I act completely ******ed because he hates stupid people, but other than that, we get along pretty darn well.

Offtopic, Grats to your little bro Civil. Kinda Ironic, my brothers birthday is today, so I guess this post goes to him XD

As a child my brother was always mean to me and my sister was a *****. My oldest sister was the only one i got along with (i was the youngest of 4)

now that im 20 and everyone has moved out (minus my brother who lives at home. i wouldnt say he's dumb but he has a learning disability that makes it hard for him to really function on his own. He has a job and a crapload of money but he really just doesnt do anything) I have a much better relationship with my siblings.

my once rebellious and *****y sister is now a mother (at 22) and she is so much nicer now. when we see each other we get along well.

My oldest sister (now 25) has 2 children ( 5 and 1) lives in new york so I dont see her often but our relationship is better than ever (she calls and talks to me most)

My brother like i mentioned above, is withdrawn and doesn't talk much, but when I'm back from college we talk and hang out.

over all after everyone left our relationships have gotten better.

both my brother and my sister dont live with me.

i only see them on holidays, so its pretty good

There's 9 years difference between me and my sister, her being older, we don't really talk much, but we don't hate eachother. Sorta an aquaintenship is the best way i would put it.

Being in Singapore must suck, i herd you can get hung for smoking the ganja.

My brother is extremely arrogant. He is the type who honestly believes he can become a billionaire a couple years after college. We have a strange relationship, but after about three days of him being home I can't stand him anymore. He thinks everyone owes him respect, yet he needs to do nothing to earn it. I am not like that, I don't give respect to people unless they have earned it. Not a good mix, broke out into a physical fight last time he came home where he lost a lot of my respect.

Can't say I have ever really gotten along with him. He used to be more of an asshole, getting into physical fights with me when I was like six years old. Pulling pranks on me all the time, locking me out, etc.

I know a lot of brothers fight, but I still find it weird as he is one of the few people I know irl that I can't get along with.

Yeah, even though our family gets into arguements really quickly, I still love everyone to death. Even my brother. He's been a butt at times, but I forgive him because he's my bro!

me and my brother argue all the time. he acts like such a dick so i act like 20 times an asshole to counter it and we hardly ever see eye to eye.



i would rather have my right arm hacked off than see any harm come to him.

guess thats just me.
