"Hello darling, you can call me VV"
Why do we have a new "Underrated Games" thread every week? What about Overrated games?
Hmm,
Galerians
Heavy Gear
Deception
Heart of Darkness
Blast Corps
Uprising
to name a few
See, what I mean? Final Fantasy 7 was completely overrated. Everybody who heres me say that just gets pissed without realizing that, FF7 was when Final Fantasy went downhill seriously the greatest FF was number 5. Anyways without hijacking the thread I guess Lair gets a lot of unneeded hate.
Check it.
Zone of the Enders
seconded
and guys just because he says ff7 is overrated doesnt make it bad...people just make it seem as if its the greatest game ever......at its time it was...but that time is way over lol
now the most underrated game ever has to be "one" for ps1....it was the first game i owned for ps1 but everyone i know has never heard of it lol
Freedom Fighters
best ps2 game ever.
I'd have to say Nox and Age of Wonders.
The YS Games...
The 3D Sonic games. Now...I agree that they weren't really good(except maybe Sonic Adventure DX) but they weren't THAT horrible either. :/
Legend of Dragoon
Zone of the Enders
Earthbound
Soo many people haven't heard of earthbound, but it's such a great game:(
Super Smash shed a bit of light on it by bringing in Ness, but I doubt anyone actually tried the original game for the snes.
Good fighting game there XD Yeah Baiten Kaitos was alright. Kinda sucked that the attacks were random, made the game a bit harder, but fun.
Didn't really like BK2 =/
The original was pretty fun, though.
Legend of Dragoon, definitely agree on :D
Arx Fatalis, got my copy with some cheap magazine.
Meagaman 64.
Seriously, am I the only one who even liked that game?
Dead space.. Didn't even know the game existed until a weak ago... And its one damn well made game.
Zombies Ate My Neighbours
Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones
King's Quest VII
Champions of Norrath (and the sequel)
as for ovverrated games, I must be the only person who thought the first Dark Alliance game was complete shit.
Quest 64. D:
Oh, Toejam and Earl too. :D + Ecco the Dolphin.

Grim Fandango has been included in several publishers' "Top Games" lists well after its release. GameSpot inducted the game into their "Greatest Games of All Time" in 2003 citing, "Ask just about anyone who has played Grim Fandango, and he or she will agree that it's one of the greatest games of all time."[48] GameSpy also added the game to their Hall of Fame in 2004,[49] further describing it as the seventh "Most Underrated Game of All Time" as of 2003.[50] AdventureGamers listed Grim Fandango as the seventh "Top Adventure Game of All Time" in 2004.[51] In 2007, IGN included the game in the "Top 25 PC Games" (as 15th)[52] and "Top 100 Games of All Time" (at 36th), citing that "LucasArts' second-to-last stab at the classic adventure genre may very well be the most original and brilliant one ever made.
