The record is probably the best feature in the whole thing. The dice need some serious perspective work; if you're going to give the pip a vanishing point, then make it actually vanish after a time (achievable by changing the shape into an oblong). Don't just make the circle smaller.
The flames seriously look bad, in my opinion. Try making the flame convect starting from the smallest height to the tallest and back down to the smallest. In other words; something like this:

Also, please refrain from continual use of gradients in the logo, it makes the entire piece look dull. You might want to cut the amount of colors down to three for the dice and one for the flame. Try something like this for your die.
I like the general idea and design of the logo, but the execution isn't really what I would call, "great."Code:Darkest Gray: Outline

The only other thing I can suggest to you is to make completely square dice instead. It's much easier to do. And, it will probably look better with the aforementioned palette.
