Okay, so I bought a new laptop as some of you would know. Its my 3rd week with it, and it's CPU Usage keeps staying at around 100% even when I'm doing nothing. All I have on is uTorrent and Google Chrome, and back then, that was only like 9-10%, sometimes just 3%. Now its like 70%-100%. Why?
check up on the processes, see whats hogging it up.
