I worked for the Government of Canada in Border Services while I was actively using things worse than pot.
But they never asked, or tested... seeing as it wasn't really relevant. All I did was office work and talking to immigrants.

There was actually a thing lifted not so long ago allowing people who had used drugs to join the FBI. It made the news here.

I just remember thinking "Shouldn't we be moving the other way?"

Anyways, no I don't think they could find out and therefor it'd just be fine to lie. Besides pot should become legal fairly soon, since the gov is being able to implement taxes on it. Maybe then they could outlaw the real danger (cigarettes)

I've never done drugs, nor intend to, I dislike anything that alters my perception.

However. I do approve of the freedom to decide what substances you want to take, and I don't think people should be nannied by the state on that.

But I can tell you, it's not a speedy / fast rush like post people believe. It made me feel extremely calm... almost perfect, but as soon as it wears off you want more. It's a very weird substance.

Although, I am lead to believe that excessive usage can mess up your nose pretty badly...

^ Yeah, it's overrated, overpriced - and overglamorized wayyy too much. People do it to either be badass / trendy most of the time.

How will they know? You've gotta only be 18 at max, you won't have a job with them until your 25+, and marijuana would be LONG gone from a fit guy like you's system. It hides out in the fat cells...unless you don't cut your hair until you get the job, your set friend.

Of course, unless someone turns you in, But I highly doubt it.
