Little sister is slutting it up downstairs.

I don't know what to do.

My sister is 13 years old. It's her spring break right now.
She's got some guy over who looks to be about my age (16) or older.

She told me she was having a guy over that's her age, and I promised not to tell our parents.

I don't think this guy is her age, but that's not the issue here.

She's downstairs slutting it up, cuddling all up to him on the couch and the worse part is that she was wearing these tiny little gym shorts. Underwear, basically.

The guy, like I said, looks 16 or 17 and is wearing huge baggy pants and a hat backwards. He said "yo" to me. (obvious ******)

I called her away and told her to put some damn pants on but I still dunno what to do.

Why is my 13-year-old sister acting like a hoe and why is this guy over here?

I'm not trying to be a grouchy old man but I don't want my little sister being a ****/having sex, especially at her age. >=(

Her boobs are not her fault. I'm no girl, but you have to understand the pressures girls go through at that age. You know? At that age, a guy's hormones are raging, and girls are developing. Guys, at that age, will usually just go for the most developed. It's not malicious, but it can do harm.

So, you need to realise that girls want to be accepted a lot of the time, liked. Some girls feel that using their assets to be liked is worth it, some don't. Explain this to her or get someone to explain that to her, don't make her feel that her body is some kind of mistake. Just explain to her what the deal is, why she should be cautious. Ultimately, her father or mother will tell her flat out that she's not to do that, and that's right, but there's a way to do it and a way not to do it.

I know for a fact that being a strict parent doesn't stop a young girl from doing things she wish she hadn't. I've seen it happen many tmes.

It is what it is. Self-image is more delicate to a girl, at that age, than a glass needle.

Just be cautious, but be caring.

Isnt that illegal... you being 16/17 and being with a 13 yr old... thats sick as shit... nothing against your sister, but he must be desprite as hell to gofor a 13 yr old when he's 16/17. What you just said sounds exactly like what sluts around where I live are.
