Like what MageMoa said. You could interpret that as paranormal. I don't. I am prepared to believe that you beleive you saw everything you say you beleive you saw, but that's not the same as saying I beleive in f-cking pixies or faries or aliens or the spaghetti moster.

I have to put up with idiots at work all day saying they saw a ghost every time they see a shadow move. It's so f-cking stupid.

Well, that's just a view on it. You can choose to deny what you see and say, "Oh, it's my brain playing tricks on me"...Or maybe, just maybe what you saw was actually real. Not saying everything paranormal is real...Obviously a lot if not most accounts of something "paranormal" is fake or can be explained scientifically. A lot of paranormal experiences cannot be explained by science and remain unexplained though. And you don't believe in aliens? :o The universe is HUGE! There's gotta be someone else out there D: But that is a whole nother thread. xD

Well extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

So far there is no evidence for ghosts, witches, psychics, vampires, werewolves or any other thing of fiction.

It would be irrational to believe in these things without evidence. So far no one has proven them.

Yes I know that it doesn't mean they don't exist, but it does mean their is no evidence. So why try to justify an absurd claim when something more probable like an illusion could explain it.

You give me one day and I could make a kid believe in all of those with just using illusions.

Now if that ghost came up to you and told you something like the combination to a lock to their old chest that no one else knew, then that might be something.

Or if a witch was able to tell you the winning lotto numbers to next weeks lotto. Maybe if a vampire could perform an act that defies any human ability. Or maybe catching a werewolf.

We need extraordinary evidence to back these up, not just hearsay.

Humans have fragile minds and can create their own illusions.

Well, my brother and our three friends saw and heard the same thing..So, unless we all share the same brain...It's possible lol. And Irony, get out of the thread please. Your opinion about this is really only needed once. We get it, you're too smart to believe in "nonsense"
